Proposition A

This "proposition A" is composed with 3 rules: Wiki process, Management team, Vote.

Cette "proposition A" est composée de 3 règles : Fonctionnement par wiki, Équipe de pilotage Vote.

A1 - Wiki process	A1 - Fonctionnement par wiki
Write proposals in English and French At the start we work on a draft: we exchange, build a proposition (A). If there is no possibility of consensus, you have to build another proposition (B), or others. The team that drives KarsLink organizes a vote, the winning proposal goes to the proposal stage. The proposal can no longer be modified, it comes into force to be tested. It is possible to make comments. A review of the remarks and proposals is carried out by the team piloting Karstlink after a sufficiently significant test period. A new proposal is put to the vote If no further comments are made, the proposal is put to the vote to become a recommendation.	Écrire les propositions en anglais et en français Au départ nous travaillons sur un brouillon : nous échangeons, construisons une proposition (A). S’il n’y a pas de possibilité de consensus il faut construire une autre proposition (B), ou d’autres encore. L’équipe qui pilote KarstLink organise un vote, la proposition retenue passe au stade proposition. La proposition ne peut plus être modifiée, elle entre en vigueur pour être testée. Il est possible de faire des commentaires. Un bilan des remarques et propositions est réalisée par l’équipe qui pilote KarstLink après une période de test suffisamment significative. Une nouvelle proposition est mise au vote. Si aucune remarque n’est plus formulée, la proposition est mise au vote pour devenir une recommandation.

A3 - Vote	A3 - Vote
The vote is organized by the management team. The vote is announced on the wiki a month in advance. Anyone on the Karstlink list can vote. They will receive an email allowing them to vote. They can vote during a week. The vote is by secret ballot. For a proposal to be accepted, it must collect the majority of the votes cast.	Le vote est organisé par l'équipe de pilotage. Le vote est annoncé sur le wiki un mois à l'avance. Toutes les personnes qui sont sur la liste KarstLink peuvent participer au vote. Elles recevront un email leur permettant de voter. Elles disposent d'une semaine pour voter. Le vote est à bulletin secret. Une proposition est retenue seulement si elle recueille la majorité des votes.
